Hi, I’m Felipe Sepulveda, LCSW.
I'm a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to helping individuals and groups navigate life's challenges and move toward meaningful change.

I believe that therapy is a space where people can feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. My work is rooted in empathy, honesty, and respect. I help clients uncover patterns that no longer serve them and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

My Approach

I draw from a variety of evidence-based practices including:

  • Psychodynamic therapy – to explore the “why” behind thoughts, feelings, and patterns

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – to identify and shift unhelpful thinking

  • Mindfulness and grounding strategies – to manage overwhelm and stress

  • Relational and culturally-attuned frameworks – to support your whole identity and experience

  • Virtual individual therapy for adults throughout New York State

  • Virtual group therapy with a focus on men’s issues, anxiety, and depression

  • Clinical supervision for LMSWs working toward LCSW licensure

I understand that navigating insurance and therapy costs can feel overwhelming—I'm here to help make the process easier.

In-Network Insurance

I currently accept the following insurance plans:
Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Oxford, Oscar, and Carelon Behavioral Health

If your plan is listed, I’ll handle the claims process directly so you can focus on your growth.

Out-of-Network? I’ve Got You Covered

If I’m not in-network with your insurance, you may still be eligible for reimbursement through out-of-network (OON) benefits.
